POLICIES

Fusion Salon Suites is a collective of independent professionals.

Each provider operates their own business, including booking systems, pricing, and service policies.

The following guidelines are in place to maintain a consistent, respectful, and professional environment for all clients and providers.

APPOINTMENTS & CANCELLATIONS

All providers at Fusion Salon Suites require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for appointment cancellations or changes.

Please note:

Many providers maintain extended cancellation policies, including longer notice periods and higher cancellation fees based on their individual business practices.

Clients are responsible for reviewing and understanding their provider’s specific policies at the time of booking.

Appointments cancelled with insufficient notice, or missed appointments, may be subject to a cancellation fee determined by your provider, which may exceed 50% of the scheduled service.

Clients must contact their provider directly regarding any appointment changes or cancellations.

Booking with a provider constitutes acceptance of their individual business policies.

ARRIVAL & CHECK-IN

Clients are asked to arrive 5–10 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened or rescheduled service at the discretion of your provider.

Upon arrival:

— Please notify your provider directly

— Remain in the designated waiting area

— Providers will greet you when ready

To maintain client privacy, we ask that guests do not walk through the suite areas unaccompanied.

STUDIO ENVIROMENT

Fusion Salon Suites is a shared professional environment.

To maintain cleanliness and presentation:

— Clean indoor footwear or provided slippers may be required

— Personal belongings should be kept minimal

— Cell phones should be kept on silent

We appreciate your cooperation in helping maintain a calm and respectful space.

SERVICES & RESULTS

Each provider operates independently and is responsible for their own consultations, services, and outcomes.

Clients are encouraged to discuss:

— service expectations

— maintenance requirements

— and any concerns

directly with their provider prior to and following services.

Please note:

— Fashion / vivid colours require ongoing maintenance and may fade due to external factors such as washing, heat, and environmental exposure

— These services are considered high-maintenance and are not eligible for re-service due to colour fading

REFUNDS & ADJUSTMENTS

All services and product sales are final.

Fusion Salon Suites does not offer refunds.

Any service concerns or adjustment requests must be directed to your provider, in accordance with their individual policies.

SCHEDULING DELAYS

In the event a provider is running behind schedule, they will contact you directly.

If a delay significantly impacts your availability, your provider may offer alternative arrangements where possible.

CHILDREN & GUESTS

Fusion Salon Suites is a professional working environment.

For safety reasons:

— Children must remain supervised at all times

— Guests not receiving services should be limited

Please note that we do not offer childcare services.

PAYMENTS

Payment methods are determined by each individual provider.

Most providers accept:

— Cash

— Debit

— Visa / MasterCard

American Express is not accepted.
