*MASKS ARE REQUIRED – if you do not have one we have disposable available for $2 or handmade for $12

SANITATION UPON ENTRY – please use our hand sanitizer, phone sanitizer when enter the salon

PRODUCT -please allow your stylist to handle your product purchases and inquiries

APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATIONS- will be handled directly by your stylist with your instructions

Your Booking

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations

If your appointment is missed or cancelled after the 24 hours  an invoice for 50% of the missed appointment will be charged

If you need to cancel an appointment please text us at (587) 989-1842 OR your stylist directly as soon as possible.

Please note that by booking an appointment, you are accepting the conditions of this cancellation policy.

Your Arrival

Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your first appointment, A late arrival will lose in part or whole your booking according to the service reserved.  A reschedule or optional service may be suggested by our salon coordinator.

Please turn your cell phone on SILENT upon your arrival to the salon.

Your Package or Special Occasion

Upon booking you will be asked to provide a valid credit card number. If you cancel less than 48 hours in advance your 25% deposit is Non-Refundable. If you reschedule with less then 48 hours notice a re-booking fee will be charged.

All bridal bookings require to fill out a form before any appointments are reserved to avoid any conflicting dates – A non refundable $150 will be required at time of booking

Appointment Reminders

Our salon coordinators will call you personally 1-2 days prior to your scheduled booking with us.

Please ensure proper contact information is up to date upon your reservation.

Your Service

Our goal is to have your best interest at heart.  We want to provide you with the utmost in customer satisfaction.  We will do our best to communicate our style/service plan to you.  If after your service is complete and you are not satisfied with the end result, we will be happy to offer a re-service at your convenience. Notification is required with in 5 days of your original services.  No re-bookings will be offered for no-shows of a re-service booking.

VIVID AND TEMPORARY COLOR CARE: fashion colors fade with exposure to chlorine, hard water, non-professional products, heat.  They need constant touching up and minimal disturbance in between services : this type of color does not absorb into the cuticle it coats it: it is your job to do your best to keep it from fading **** NO  RE SERVICE ON THESE TYPES OF COLOR SERVICES

If we are running behind in our scheduling for the day. One of our salon coordinators will be asked by the service provider to call you to inform you of their delay.  If this will greatly in convenience your schedule, an alternate plan/accommodation will be provided for you.  We thank you in advance should this ever come to pass.

Your Family

Fusion is family friendly providing services from your little ones first haircut, children and teens, to the grandmas in your life.

We request that children stay in the waiting area with someone older or with you by your side during shorter services.

The salon has many chemicals, hot and sharp tools in the salon areas that can be very dangerous. Their safety is of utmost concern.

Your Payments

We accept payments in the forms of Fusion gift cards, Canadian Currency Cash, Debit, Visa and MasterCard.

We do NOT accept American Express.
